Terms and Definitions
In this user agreement, unless the text expressly indicates otherwise, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated below:
Service Provider

Educational Materials
Online courses, video recordings, supplementary materials and practical assignments of the Service Provider posted on the internet platform.
User
An individual registered on the Service Provider's website as a consumer of their services. The User, upon activation of the payment module functionality, has the right to place and pay for an order to receive access to educational materials.
Personal Account
A personalized section of the educational website, access to which is carried out by entering authentication data (login and password). Entering authentication data is equated to the use of a simple electronic signature in accordance with Article 5 of Federal Law No. 63-FZ of April 6, 2011 "On Electronic Signature".
Service Provider's Website
A set of internet pages, access to which is provided through the Internet network by the domain name

1. SUBJECT OF THE OFFER
1.1.
This document, permanently posted at
http://livadaschool.com/, is an offer by the Service Provider to enter into an agreement for the provision of services to provide access to educational materials of the course "AI Concept Video" (in accordance with Articles 435, 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation).
1.2.
The course consists of 8 lessons:

2. RESEARCH / IDEATION
3. PROMPTING
4. IM-GEN / STYLE
5. STORYBOARD
6. VIDEO GEN
7. EDITING
8. COMMERCIAL USE
1.3.
After payment for the course on the website
http://livadaschool.com/, a link to enter the personal account on the platform where video materials, supplementary materials and practical assignments are posted will be sent to the User on January 20, 2026.
2. PROCEDURE FOR USING EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS
2.1.
After registration and payment, the User is provided with access to educational materials on the platform on January 20, 2026.
2.2.
The User undertakes to keep their login credentials and not transfer them to third parties. Transfer of credentials to third parties is considered a gross violation of the terms of this Offer and entails immediate blocking of access without refund.
2.3.
The Service Provider has the right to change the course content, quantity and format of educational materials without degrading the quality of services provided.
2.4.
The User is responsible for the security of their credentials. All actions performed through their Personal Account are considered actions of the User.
2.5.
Recommended minimum technical requirements for stable access: modern browsers (Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari), internet connection speed of at least 8 Mbps for viewing video in HD quality, availability of a device with camera and microphone for participation in practical assignments (if necessary).
3. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
3.1.
The User is obliged to use educational materials exclusively for personal educational purposes, without violating the legislation of the Russian Federation and the rights of third parties.
3.2.
The Service Provider undertakes to provide access to the course after payment and ensure the functioning of the platform.
3.3.
Educational materials are the intellectual property of the Service Provider and are not subject to transfer, copying or distribution without permission.
3.4.
The User agrees to the use of their final projects for advertising and educational purposes of the Service Provider (without attribution of authorship).
4. FINANCIAL TERMS
4.2.
Payment is made:
- on the terms of 100% prepayment through the payment module on the Service Provider's website
- the cost of the course after payment (regardless of the method) is not subject to recalculation.
4.3.
The payment obligation is considered fulfilled from the moment the funds are credited to the Service Provider's account or payment confirmation by the installment service/"Dolyami".
4.4.
Refund of funds is possible only before providing access to educational materials. In case of payment in installments, refund is carried out according to the rules of the payment service.
4.5.
The Service Provider has the right to change the cost of services at any time; new prices take effect from the date of publication on the website.
5. ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS
5.1.
Access to educational materials is carried out through the Service Provider's platform.
5.2.
The User undertakes not to violate the intellectual rights of the Service Provider and partners. Any violation entails liability provided by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
5.3.
No part of the materials may be reproduced in any form without the written permission of the Service Provider.
5.4.
The User is responsible for the lawfulness of using materials created by them during the course.
6. VALIDITY PERIOD OF THE OFFER
6.1.
The Offer is valid from the moment of its acceptance until the end of the service provision period.
6.2.
Upon expiration of the Offer, the User's use of course materials is prohibited.
6.3.
The Service Provider has the right to unilaterally change or withdraw the Offer. The current version is always posted on the website
http://livadaschool.com/.
7. FINAL PROVISIONS
7.1.
Acceptance of this Offer means the User's full and unconditional agreement with its terms.
7.2.
All notifications and documents sent from the email addresses of the Service Provider and User have legal force.
7.3.
The User independently bears the risks associated with non-receipt of emails due to technical reasons (including falling into the "Spam" folder).
7.4.
All disputes are subject to resolution through a claim procedure. In case of failure to reach an agreement, the dispute is subject to consideration in court under the legislation of the Russian Federation.
